Mr. Landon turns 3…

I love SERIOUSLY SWEET customers.  Those customers that come back year after year to have me create their child’s one-of-a-kind birthday shirts.  I know how much time and effort I put into making Maggie’s birthday parties a huge success, to be asked to be apart of that…means more than people understand. 

Amanda is no exception.  Mr. Landon has been my customer for quite some time now.  When he turned 2, he got a dumptruck shirt that was adorable.  Then his mom wanted him to have a train shirt because Landon loves trains.  That was so much fun to make as well.  When Amanda contacted me and asked me to do Landon’s 3 year old shirt, I was floored by the opportunity…a racecar!!!  O YEAH! 

I received this email and awesome picture from Amanda last week and just had to share her sweet words…

I love everything about it – as does he. You were great at taking a concept and making it a reality. The little touches that you added – such as ten 3 in the flag is great! When ever he wears the shirt and someone asks him how old he is he points to the 3 in the flag. Once again ‘Thank you’ for making his special day even more special!

Praying for Eli…

 

These awesome shirts are going to a very special group of ladies.  Rachel contacted me about a week ago and had a very special request.   I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel this summer at Centri-Kid when I went to visit my BF, Lyndsey.  Rachel received one of my creations this summer from Lyndsey, which was the JFJ shirt.  You see, her sister is adopting a little man from Ethiopia who already has his name, Eli.  Eli is being prayed for and thought of all the time even from across the globe.  She wanted some shirts to give as gifts to her sister, mom, and herself to show their support as they wait and pray for Eli.  

I love how these shirts turned out.  The shape of Africa is so awesome to sew.  I also love that Rachel requested Eli’s name on the shirts and the heart was my special touch! 

Thank you so much for your order Rachel.  I will be thinking and praying for Eli. 

 

 

 

 

 

Orders and For My Maggie…

A great lady, Sarah A., ordered some keychains from me for her daughter’s teacher’s gifts for Christmas…12 of them!  It was so much work, but so fun to see these keychains come to life. 

Before our trip to Disney, I wanted to create a special shirt for my Maggie.  Something new, something that I haven’t done before.  Something that I draw up on my own.  She loves her Hedgie the Hedgehog shirt and it is precious on!  It is cute and cuddly and the flower makes all the difference in the world. 
I love how it turned out and I love it even more that it is for my sweet girl.

It’s GIVEAWAY Time My Friends…

I know I have been totally out of pocket lately. 

Let me explain.  My husband got the flu, then we were off to Disney World, we returned, he rebounded and got sick again, and then my Maggie got the flu.  Things at the Harris house have been crazy!

For Ms. Lilli and Mr. Myles…

I love returning customers.  Nancy contacted me to create two special items for her little sweetie, Lilli and a new friend, Mr. Myles.  I adore Lilli, even though I have never met her.  Josh had the priviliege of photographing Lilli and her Mom and Dad some time ago.  I have created Lilli a shirt since then as well as a custom birthday banner.  When Nancy contacted me…I was so excited!

She wanted a special shirt for Lilli with an “L” on the front and a ladybug on the back.  She also needed a baby gift for a great friend of her’s that is fixing to welcome home a sweet boy named Myles from Ethopia.  She requested the shape of Africa with an “M” in the middle of it.  I love how both these shirts turned out.  Thanks for your continued support Nancy!!!  Hope you love them both!

Mr. Landon’s Turning 3…

I absolutely love when I get the honor of creating birthday shirts for your sweeties.  I created a dump truck last year from Mr. landon and this year I created a racecar.  He is going to look super cute in this shirt!  I can’t wait to see pictures, Mom!!  Thanks for trusting me to create his special shirt.
