June 2010

I love birthday shirts…I just do.  To know that a little boy or girl is going to be sporting my loves on the best day of their life…makes it all worth it.
Ashley contacted me for a super cool racecar shirt for her son, Aiden’s, 4th birthday.  She was very specific about her thoughts, which I am a detail freak, so that was perfect!  She knew she wanted a cool racecar, some flames coming off the ground behind the car, and a racecar flag with Aidan’s new age on it!  Best of all, she was super sweet and friends with Parker’s mom, Erica!  I knew this was going to be a fun project!

Aiden had his birthday last Saturday and I am itching for pictures!  (hint, hint)

Thanks so much Ashley for your order and being so great to work with.
I can’t wait to get working on your little sweetie’s shirt!!

This onesie is just darling.  It is heading to a baby shower with one of my BF from high school on Friday.  She called me and said…HELP!  I said, no worries…I am on it!  I love the colors of this onesie and this new fabric is so super soft, I just kept rubbing it!!!

Thank you sweet Stephanie for your order!  I hope the mom-to-be loves it and those ruffles on the bum bum!!

Seriously, you can’t get much cuter than this!

Remember this shirt?  It went to a little cutie in Indiana…that little boy on the right, Leland!  He took a trip to the zoo with some close little girl friends of his just last week.  His mom was so fun to work with on that lion shirt.  I loved it!  She wanted the kiddos to coordiate and knew that the other little girls were going to be dressed to the 9’s so Leland needed to look adorable as well.  Mission accomplished in my opinion!  Leland’s mommy was nice enough to send me these pictures from their day.  The girls are sporting those amazing tutu’s from etsy seller Lexi Lou Design, and you can check out that seller here.  How sweet are these pictures!!!

Thank you so much for the pictures Tonia!  I am so glad that you guys loved the shirt!

I love my lanyards that I make…I do…I just can’t help it!  They are so super cute and super colorful!  They will literally go with any outfit and look very professional!  3 new lanyards went out this week!  One to a customer on Etsy that was super fun to work with and 2 to my BF, Lyndsey, as thank you gifts to the two ladies that mentored her a job interview.  What a neat way to say thank you for their help, especially since she got the JOB!  Way to go Lynds!

Thanks for your orders ladies…Hope you love them!

A TON of keyfobs have gone out this week.  They are a great little gift to say a random thank you or just to look great on your wrist!  I love all the colors that you can make with these!  They are just great!

Thanks to the wonderful ladies that purchased these!  I hope they make your day!!!

Alison, sweet mom to Ms. Charlotte, contacted me for a custom shirt for her daughter Charlotte.  She was ready to cash in her Maggie Moo’s Mom gift certificate that she received from my sister, Brea, for Charlotte’s birthday.  Brea loves to do gift certificates to my blog for her friend’s kiddo’s birthday’s.  That way…Mom and Dad can come and take a look around and order whatever they want!

Alison wanted a Mack the Cat shirt for Charlotte and asked for some custom coloring for Mack.  She wanted the Cat to look like her sweet kitty Misty that has gone onto Kitty Heaven…what a neat way to remember a special animal friend!

Thanks for your order Alison and I hope you and Ms. Charlotte love the shirt!

I love NEW ideas.  I have had this idea rolling around for a while, and actually made one of these for my car forever ago…Well, they are amazing and recently made a new one for myself after I thought about what I really needed and wanted from the Strap Wrap.

So…what is a Strap Wrap?  It is a wrap that goes around your seat belt in your car.

How did they come about?  My husband’s seat belt tends to rub right on, I mean right on, his defibrillator while he is driving.  I hated that for him so I thought what about something that would pad that area.  Then I just had to make it cute…I mean, why not?

So this is the finished product…
A Maggie Moo’s Strap Wrap! I love it.  You don’t realize how nice it is to have right on your selt belt.  You just get in, put on your seat belt, and adjust the strap wrap up to wear it is comfortable.  No rubbing, no red marks on your shoulder, etc.  It is super easy to go on and off.  Made with quality velcro and designer fabrics!

To celebrate how much I love these…I am giving one away.  You will love it.  Period.  I promise!

Here are a couple of examples of some that I have been working on.  The top on is the promo, the bottom two are awesome!  I hope you love the concept.  It is something I am super excited about.
